  • How do I book an appointment?

  • Do I have to come washed and blow dried ?
    No. Shampoo and condition is included in every service. We just ask that you come detangled or book for take down add-on service
  • Do I need to bring my own hair?
    We provide braiding hair colors 1b, 2 and 4 . Other browns and commonly used colors are an extra fee. We do not provide weave extensions, crochet or other enhancements. Consult directly with your stylist for unique situations
  • Can I book an appointment after 5 pm?
    Contact the salon or stylist via phone to discuss availability that you do not see on the booking app.

  • How long does it take to process my order?
    We work to get your orders out as quickly as we can! We ask that you allow 2-3 business days for your domestic order to be processed before it is shipped. We are not currently accepting international orders.
  • How long does it take for my order to arrive?
    Domestic orders are shipping through USPS, which typically takes 4-6 business days from the time your order is placed before it arrives to you! Please note due to Covid-19 there may be shipping delays that are outside of our control.
  • Can I ship orders to multiple addresses?
    Customers are currently limited to one mailing address per order. If you need to ship to multiple individuals, please submit separate orders!
  • Do you accept returns?
    Due to the nature of our products, and federal health regulations, all Empress Crownz sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. Our products undergo strict quality control processes to ensure that our customers receive the best products available. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us at and we will respond within 24 business hours. Due to health and safety requirements, all personal products are FINAL SALE.
  • I received the wrong item!  What do I do?
    If you received the wrong item, we will correct it as soon as possible. Email us at and we’ll review the best course of action to resolve the issue.
